Shipping policy

Depending on how overwhelmed with orders we are, processing takes from 1-3 weeks. (Sometimes it can be longer as there are periods of time where we go viral on social media and get a high volume of orders). Shipping for orders in the US takes 2-5 business days once shipped Shipping for orders that are international takes 2-3 weeks once shipped All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange and import/ customs fee's for international shipments. We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office, Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All items are non-returnable/ non-refundable due to all orders being personalized. Once an order is placed I am unable to make any changes to your order. If there are any questions or mistakes in your order (I can make changes up to 48 hours of it being ordered) you can contact me directly through Instagram @Kays__Customs or email kays_customs@yahoo.com Please keep in mind: 1. If a refund is absolutely needed, I can refund within a 48 hour period of your order being placed:) 2. I cannot account for break ups. After an order is placed, there will be no refund after the 48 hour period under any circumstances. 3. If you receive an item and it does not fit, I also cannot refund due to this. There are size charts on my website. 4. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange and import/ customs fee's for international shipments. We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office, Shipping fees are non-refundable. 5. For all packages that are lost/ stolen after being shipped, you can contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. They will be able to let you know the next steps to file a claim. We are not at fault if something is to happen to a package after shipping as it is something that is out of our hands.
